How much will it cost me to attend the event?

Registration Fees are based upon the IMICON 2016 Participation Fees. To view fees, Click Here.

If there a discounted rate for early registration and can I register and pay later?

Yes. Early registration is based on the date of PAYMENT, not the date of REGISTRATION. If registration fees are not paid in full before the next tier begins, a fee increase to the next tier will apply and you will be invoiced for this fee increase.

I would like to participate in the exhibition only. Can I purchase limited access point?

No. We offer one full conference/expo event registration.

I would only like to attend the pre-event. How can I register?

Register on our website. Click Here to proceed. Payment can be made by credit / debit card or bank transfer.

Will I be issued an invoice/receipt for my registration?

An invoice will be sent by email within 24 business hours of completing your registration for all payment methods. Please note that we are unable to provide pro-forma invoices.

When is the closing date and time for registration?

Pre-event registration closes on August 27th, 2016 at 18:00 GMT. After this date you will be required to register at the event registration desks. We recommend you pre-register so you are able to take advantage of any applicable early bird fees and also have prior access to the matchmaking programme, it will also be quicker for you to collect your badge at the registration desks.

How do I know what delegate category to register for and can I register a group of delegates?

You are able to register multiple delegates (as a group) at the same time by choosing to add an attendee in the registration – If you require separate invoices for each delegate or a specific delegate group, please complete a separate registration for each delegate / delegate group. There is not a concession fee available for group registrations.

Is it possible to make amendments to my registration?

Email amendment requests to register@imiconng.com, please include your full name and delegate ID number.

If I am unable to attend the conference, can I send someone to take my place?

Yes, substitutions may be made at no additional cost. Until registration closes on 27 August 2016 delegates can be substituted by sending an email to register@imiconng.com providing the original delegates full name and delegate ID number along with the following details of the substitute delegate:

* First name
* Last name
* Email address (this must be the email address of the attendee)
* Alternative email address (if applicable)
* Company name
* Position
* Telephone number
* Mobile number (this is required to access the Business Matchmaking Programme)

Important Notes:
* After 27 August 2016 substitutions can only be completed at the on-site registration desks. The replacement delegate is required to provide a business card and proper documentation (a letter on company letterhead showing the name of the original delegate and authorizing the person who is attending in his or her place).
* Any outstanding balance and payment terms for the registration will become applicable to the substitute delegate.
* If the badge for the original delegate has been collected an on-site substitution cannot be completed and a new pass must be purchased.
* Investor Delegates cannot be substituted as all potential investor delegates must be approved through the Investor Programme accreditation process.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds (less the Processing Charge) are available until 20 August 2016
Refunds, less 20% in liquidated damages, are available until 27 August 2016

After 27 August 2016 NO refunds will be granted. To submit your cancellation request, please email notice of your cancellation to register@imiconng.com or send written correspondence to the following address:

Onsite Registration

Will registration take place at the event?

We recommend that you pre-register so you are able to take advantage of any applicable early bird fees and also have prior access to the matchmaking programme, it will also be quicker for you to collect your badge at the registration desks.

However, you are able to register at the on-site registration desks for an Individual: Non-Investor, Sponsor, Government and Student delegate.

When does on-site registration open?

Onsite Registration commences on Monday 29 August at approximately 8:00am.

Can a Letter from the organizers of IMICON 2016 Abuja be sent to my embassy/consulate?

Yes. Please complete and submit your request via the contact form. If you are experiencing difficulties submitting the form, send an email requesting your visa support letter to info@imiconng.com.

Please include in your request your full name, passport number, country issuing passport, passport expiration date, company name and job title, date of birth and country of origin.
