Non-citizen attendees who are traveling to Nigeria to attend the conference may need to obtain a temporary visa to enter the country.
IMICON encourages conference attendees who need to obtain visas to start the application process at least Two months before the event. Many countries require an official letter of invitation to apply for a non-immigrant visitor visa. To request such a letter from IMICON, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information when sending your request:

- E-mail Address
- Passport Number

Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Togo, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Turks and Caicos islands, Iran, Maldives, Singapore, Cook Islands, Fiji, Micronesia, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Samoa, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
